Find Leads for Financial Services

I need some help with finding some leads. I am basically a commission based financial advisor. I deal in all types of financial needs and aids. I am now looking for a person who can handle some part of my work that is basically just lead generation., finding customers who are in seek of personal loan,home loans and other financial needs. The payment part, the person will be paid out of my commission the 25% of my commission and not from the loan amount.,but note that commision percentage will gradually increase from the performance of the person. More leads=More commission. Good leads in a month will be appreciated and rewarded. I don't need a employee, I need a friend who can help me and earn with me.
