The system must include user authentication process(server login/customer login/agent login), one-to-one, and many-to-one interaction. In other words, the system should enable single or multiple customers interacting with the same agent. It has to be noted that at a time, one agent can interact with two customers only, if third customer requests for conversation, a new agent must be available for the chat.
