Setup Test Infrastructure in Azure

I am stuck with my personal interest in setting up an environment. A professional should be able to set this up in no time. Create a sandbox in Azure (will provide log in) that includes the following, refer to the flow in terms of how it should work. 1. Java application 2. MySQL DB 3. GIT/SVN, does not matter 4. Deployment manager 5. Test Environment 6. Production Environment The final app must be accessible via HTTP and shows a value in the database.
