Hello my name is Mohamed Sahbi GHAIB, i'v recently done the same project just not on Jfrog Artifactory but on nexus OSS wich is not that different and i recommand using it, if you you'r interrested in doing the same i can provide a video sample of my work on this task using nexus i can demonstrate the process as well wich runs using docker for nexus and sonarqube and on the host maven and jenkins. Hourly rate negotiable and possible to make it a milestone project for less than 100$.
