System architect Qualification requirements: 1. Experience in the development of C/S and B/S architecture software product development and architectural design for more than 4 years, familiar with the various frameworks of MVC and MVP. 2. Experience in mobile architecture design. 3. Proficient in Java programming technology and have in-depth application and optimization experience for mainstream and stable open source frameworks (such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.). 4. Familiar with system architecture, scalability, distributed applications and real-time communication technologies. 5. Familiar with mainstream storage, transport-related security protocols and encryption algorithms, and have experience with security encryption projects. 6. Familiar with P2P protocol, protobuf and other peer-to-peer networking technologies, and have the experience of peer-to-peer communication and peer-to-peer file sharing applications. 7. Familiar with the virtualization technologies of docker, KVM, and participated in the design of docker, KVM virtualization scheme. 8. Understanding or studying middleware priorities such as AIO/BIO/NIO or Netty. 9. Understanding or studying distributed or consensus algorithms such as Raft, Paxos, PBFT, etc. Project scope: 1. Responsible for the project connection of the product blockchain. 系统构架师 资格要求： 1. 具备4年以上C/S和B/S体系结构软件产品开发及构架设计经验，熟悉MVC、MVP的各种框架。 2. 具备移动端架构设计经验。 3. 精通Java编程技术，对主流的稳定的开源框架（如Spring、Hibernate等）有深入的应用和优化经验。 4. 熟悉系统构架组合、伸缩性构架、分布式应用和实时通讯技术。 5. 熟悉主流的存储、传输相关的安全协议和加密算法，并具备关于安全加密项目的经验。 6. 熟悉P2P protocol、protobuf等点对点互联网络技术，并具备点对点通信、点对点文件共享应用项目的经验。 7. 熟悉docker，kvm等虚拟化技术，参与过docker，kvm虚拟化方案设计。 8. 了解或研究过AIO/BIO/NIO或 Netty等中间件优先。 9. 了解或研究过分布式或共识算法，如Raft，Paxos, PBFT等优先。 项目任务范围： 1， 负责产品网站端和移动端的架构设计以及对接。 2， 负责P2P等技术方案的设计与应用。 3， 负责产品区块链的方案对接。
