METASTOCK REALTIME DATAFEED CLIENT -SERVER SOLUTION

I need complete solution with client-server infrastructure to feed on demand data in real time the following platforms: AmiBroker, MetaStock, NinjaTrader (most importantly AmiBroker and MetaStock). The idea is to provide low latency realtime data update via SQL database on the server (this database would be updated with realtime data an interval of seconds), to be able to automatic "backfill" the historical information by downloading only incremental data from server. In AmiBroker, would be through a custom data plugin. In MetaStock I need a solution to make the emulation via "Winros", connecting with the MetaStock file server (eSignal).
