14371 Simple Menu - Urgent

Alright, I need the [login to view URL] menu Please see images below of what I want: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want the faded box, but instead of turning white like image 2.jpg. I want it to have this affect: [login to view URL] I know there is this menu out there on the internet and the generator to create one, but I need someone to do this and quick. Someone even posted there is a FREE one. So this could be a quick $5 and a great review. PLEASE NOTE: I need this done today, shouldnt take longer than an hour. Alright, I forgot to mention, it has to be able to load over other stuff, like the normal adobe menu. its sub-menus overlap other images and text of the website.
