Need an ANDROID and IOS app. PREFERABLE AN SPANISH SPEAKER. PREFERABLE ON REACT NATIVE (HYBRID). DELIVER TIMES ARE NEGOTIABLE. -i have it designed it on figma. It is a gamble app, between two people. (IT IS NOT A GAME APP) This app must have : - Some payment gateway: users put money on their "appwallet", an can withdrawn it. - Imagine that 2 people gamble between them, they put the same amount of money, who is the winner gets the money. (IT IS NOT A GAME APP, IN THIS APP THE 2 USERS JUST CLICK A BUTTON THAT EVIDENCES WHO WON ON A EXTERNAL ACTIVITY FROM THE APP. - I repeat, it is NOT A GAME APP-> It just connect two people. ¿How is it possible to do this?
