Backup for IPhone

My business partner is using a IPhone, I am having access to her phone. however need to verify that no information is sent to any of the competition so want a discrete backup software installed that help me to gain access over the phone call records along with recordings and proper backup for whats up as well. Need to keep an eye ever any development that can hamper my relationships or harm the business in any manner.
