Engineer my Annuity Marketing/ Lead Conversion Process

I am building a website right now to bring in Annuity customers to help sell annuities and life insurance products to seniors who are near retirement in my area. I need someone who really understands what annuities are, how to sell to seniors, and how to create great advertising/marketing material. What I need is an engineered and well thought out "funnel" system to get the individual from seeing my ads, or viewing the website to being ready to buy an annuity so my appointment with them in person is a 1 close meeting. I am looking for the entire process to be thought out from the tag lines/ headlines/ to the advertisements I will buy to get people to the website, to the email I will send the individuals before we meet, to the specific content that should be on each page. I need an amazing marketing/advertising/salesman for this. This could be an example of what i'm looking for....
