Optimise Website For Searching Engine Rankings And Get Me Guaranteed Results- In Return I'll Pay Twice The Bid Amount!

I am an SEO specialist who uses only 'white hat' techniques for organic search engine rankings on Google. With my knowledge I was able to achieve top rankings for a number of my web projects. But, as I became busy with running those eCommerce businesses I failed to keep up with Search Engine news and developments. I therefore need someone like me who has kept up to date almost on a daily basis of all latest developments and made good use of it with proven track record. The website I need SEO done is an investment company. It'll be a six month project. I'll choose 10 search terms to appear in the top 3 position. Don't worry, I'll be fair, I won't choose single keyword search strings as it'll cost me more than what I am willing to pay. If you bid on this project and subsequently get shortlisted you I'll be given the name of the website and the keywords. I will then give you couple of days for you to prepare a customised draft SEO strategy that you plan to use to get the rankings within 6 months. If you do this well it'll look very good on your portfolio. The website falls in a niche industry. And so rankings won't be that hard to get if you use the right onsite and offsite SEO strategy, including some innovative approaches. Please only bid if you know things which most SEO experts don't know, and this means all legal stuff, no dodgy (black hat or grey hat) techniques! I will pay your bid amount in 4 instalments: 1. 25% On submission of a well thought out strategy 2. 25% When you have done all on site optimisation (which can be improved later on) 3. 25% When I see noticeable results in search rankings for at least 50% of keywords 4. 25% When I see significant results in search rankings for all keywords. 5. 200%! (To understand see note below) Of course, all this must be done in 6 months. However, if you get me to rank top 3 on all 10 search terms then I'll pay you double your bid amount! You can be assured I'll keep to that promise as I will give you the option to request that amount in escrow at the beginning of the project.
