Google Adwords Expert Needed

We are looking for a Google Adwords expert. This person should understand how to create effective google adwords campaigns that convert. We currently are using the following tools: CallRails - Call Tracking - we use different phone numbers for organic and google adwords links. CrazyEgg - Site Heatmap - we use CrazyEgg currently to help us figure out where users are currently on our website. KissMetrics - Site Metrics - we use this to cross analyze with google analytics on where users are clicking, when and when they are not converting. Optimizely - A/B Marketing Tool - we use this to display different webpages to users, to see which performs best. WE ALREADY SET THOSE SERVICES UP.. we simply need someone who can help us setup a great advertising campaign for "Dallas Website Design" and associated keywords.
