I Need Signups From USA, Canada, UK, AU, and Ireland

Please place your bid below for the delivery of 300 leads/signups. You must generate at least 75 leads a day. This can be a long term thing. I'm looking for 300 or more leads a week, and am looking to pay somewhere around .05 cents to .10 cents USD per lead. I can go over this rate for a long term business cooperation, but the closest bidder to these terms for this first order will receive favor. I am looking for experienced providers that can generate quality sign-ups to my CPA offers. The offers will be from: Email submits, simple signup forms, and offer completions. Please only bid if you are capable of generating 75 or more leads per day and are willing to do a test of 20 leads before you are hired. This 20 offers test must be completed in less than a day, preferably a few hours, so that we can get started on the real project. Please remember, you must be able to deliver 75 or more valid leads EVERY DAY. You will not have 30 days to fulfill this order. It should only take you 4 days or less to complete your first order from me of 300 sign ups. A signup is also called a "lead" or an "action" and this is when we get paid. I will give you specific instructions on what the individual signing up must do in order for the lead to be valid. I do need to know how you generate traffic. Please be as specific as possible. I require that the following rules be adhered to: - All signups MUST be REAL people! - Unique Email and IP Addresses (currently USA, UK, Australia, Ireland, and Canada only) - NO duplicates, - NO Fraudulent Signups - NO BlackHat - NO Craigslist Spamming! - No Proxy Servers are allowed (We can verify this!) - No Incentivized traffic - Leads and IPS : Will be from USA - Each completed signup/action MUST come from unique IP to qualify - NO Spam, AUTO Bots or softwares. - NO Incentives Please quote "Willing to give you 20 leads" to prove that you read the project details.
