Hi,
I'm looking for a long term Virtual assistant who can handle all the admin duties while I'm occupied with dealing directly with the clients.
I need you to be available on Skype during GMT timezone so that I can send tasks to you and follow up with you. If you cannot work between the hours of 8am - 8pm GMT then please do not bid (There will be a degree of flexibility)
To start the workload will be about 10 - 20 hrs a week up to 80hrs a month. If you are good this will turn into a full time role of 40 - 50 hours per week. As I said to start it will be 10 - 20 hours.
The budget is $2.00 - $10.00 an hour
It is a must that you have skype. I will be conducting brief interviews via skype, so please include your skype ID.
Your comprehension of the english language both written and verbal MUST be perfect.
Some duties would include the following
Update linkedin profile and search for like minded contacts
Create Facebook following
Create Twitter Following
Sign up to other social networking
Send eNewsletters and create them
Respond to emails, DM on twitter, facebook & LinkedIn
Create power point presentations
Create Flyers if required
Put details of contacts into database
Create email campaigns
Answering lead inquiries correctly through email
Must be creative and able to do research on the internet.
Update Website, blog, twitter, facebook and linkedin
Be able to use Google Adwords
Send outbound emails to confirm attendence to seminars and other events.
You will need to have knowledge of html, you will need to know how to use CMS and wordpress plus CRM systems like vtiger.
You need knowledge of social media and how social networking can help me with my business.
You will also need to know how to use phpbb to update my forum.
Please do not bid if you do not have basic knowledge of html, or you cannot use cms, update websites with content or have the required phpbb knowledge.
Having skills in this area would be good
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat 8
Must have high speed internet access
Ability to outbound group fax is a bonus but not essential
Must be able to read, write and speak FLUENT English VERY WELL and be very internet and computer literate.
