Looking for freelance lighting designers and creative lighting engineers to assist in proposal creation

We are a creative lighting design tech appplicationist. We generate lighting design concept proposals for architectural spaces, buildings and living spaces from public and private. We also seek to create bespoke or customised lighting products by working with manufacturers to cater for efficient installation and future maintenance on site. These are the bread and butter. In our lighting recommendations (formal proposal, casual discussion with clients, quotation), it combines design + engineering + creative art + supply and install capabilities. Pretty much, we are a one stop lighting solutions provider. We are looking for aspirational designers/engineers that have a good sense of design while having the capability to visualise and imagine how things will eventually be installed. For lighting designers and engineers, preferably 3-5 years of past prior working experience will be crucial. Freelancers should possess an understanding of lighting products, lighting designs, a sense of wanting to break from traditional mould, knowing when to apply the right lighting and engineering solution for the client.  For each assignment, we'll surely have a quick brief on client's and project background, timeline and expectation. I'm attaching some samples of our past works for your review. Based on further negotiation, each assignment may be charged based on per hour or per assignment.
