Hi, As per your project details, I have got the following idea. You want a software which can read your Gmail emails. There will be searching facility that can search your mails (attachments) based on keywords. After searching, the software will extract some defined attributes from those attachments. Later, push these information to some other severe via api. Here, we can use data mining tools for searching emails. Later, we can extract the text from attachments and read those specific contents. Later push it to other server. Am I right? Please let me know. I can able to develop the tool in Java. Thanks.

Hello I could do this for you and would be able to get started on it right away. The way i would do this is by creating an algorithm that would go through each email, searching for keywords that would identify the email as an Invoice or Receipt. If the email is likely to be a match (dependent on the probability that it is, determined by some number) then it would ready that email to be processed however it is you would want. Basically it would work something like the following: 1. Get Email - Some function to retrieve mail, how this works is up to you. 2. Check If Invoice or Receipt - Use algorithm to check if valid (checkMail() function perhaps) The function will return TRUE if it is an Invoice or Reciept / FALSE if not. 3. If TRUE, process the email (Whether this is just sending the email somewhere else or taking the values and sending to some other thing is up to you, would need more information.) That would basically be it. I would write this in C++ or Java and would be able to get started on it right away.
