I need an app that allows a administrator to create a list of deliveries that drivers have access to. When making the driver makes a delivery, the app to allow the recipient at the address to sign for the delivery. After this the app will store the GPS location and mark the deliver as completed. The administrator should be able to view all deliveries, complete and incomplete.
