Im looking for Sombody With an HR (Human resources) Backround

Im looking for somebody With Extensive human resources experience, My Ideal candidate would live in the Philippines or Thailand And speak fluent English as i will be communicating on Skype with this person. The Main role of the position is to help me find qualified people to fill a part time position with my business where they can work from home for a couple of hours a day following very specific instructions. My HR person would find these people in their country online or offline and would assist me in the selection and interview process of the new workers. The work that the HR person would be hiring for would be for my online marketing company based out of Canada and the positions i will need filling are: *SEO person *Website Building/Design (word press mostly but some HTML) *Graphics Design (Photoshop would be an asset) *General Data Entry (a little different than the normal data entry jobs) the first 3 will require skilled professionals and will only be used occasionally but the last one can be Anybody who can follow directions and will have guaranteed 2hrs of work per day at least. Although this position is just to find staff at the moment, in the future im hoping that my HR person would be able to oversee and manage the work being done.
