Build a Share Trading Platform Website

I require a website with custom database and a custom CMS. The website is a trading platform for property shares. I will provide a website in the UK that you can use for reference. I do not believe a simple PHP website will be sufficient for heavy trading and looking for a webdeveloper that can provide appropriate operating system and language. All text, images, headers, API fee etc will be provided by our office. The website is expected to have up to 2000 users per day and several hundred at any one time. I have an API feed (available in any format) that is to be used for the graphs in the property pages. The property section of the website requires an illustrator/calculator and a number of graphs. I have been looking at [login to view URL] and like to have these used in the new website. The database needs to be very secure as there are users passwords, usernames and personal details. I don’t believe a SQL database in PHP will be sufficient for our purpose. Am happy to pay for an appropriate database. The CMS needs to have every text field, all headers, all images, icons, logos, menus and sub menus, footer, header, etc. Built from scratch. I will want to be able to change these items without contacting a webdeveloper. We do not want wordpress. I will want to see the database you are offering, the version and design of the CMS that you are offering. Website must be optimised for all smartphones, ipads etc and work in any environment i.e fully responsive. A custom client dashboard is required for every user and needs full functionality. Clients are buying and selling shares and the dashboard needs to securely process their investment shares including buying and selling, let them see what is happening to their share values at any time, change passwords, usernames, print off reports, statements and much more etc. The CMS needs to include an uploader for Google+, Facebook, Twitter. Need to have a subscribe to updates function. CMS must convert any property page ie images and text etc into a pdf flyer suitable to be emailed to clients. The CMS needs to have BLOG fully functional. New releases, updates on the market, updates on owner subgroups of units in their property etc. Am looking for a team that can provide me with a website that has custom cms, database and include everything as stated in 3-4 weeks. I require detailed evidence of similar websites or trading platforms that have been prepared by you or your team showing API graphs that you have done, calculators and illustrators that you or your team have done, together with confirmation that these websites are genuine, that they are produced by your team and that the team that did these websites will be the same team that you are putting forward to do this website. I want to see proof. I need to know confirmed time-frame and fixed price to do the new website.
