Highly Skilled iOS developer for iphone & ipad app

Need a custom mobile app made (quickly) for iphone & ipad I need someone who is very experience in coding for iOS to create a feature rich, great looking mobile app.  Description of App here: (Keep basic until NDA signed) This need to be a job that can be completed quickly.
