I need a Joomla based component with modules that allows users to create their own projects and add other users to their project to collaborate. The component would allow members to upload files, discuss project with their project dashboard. The project should be viewable by all site members but permissions allow project team members to edit and change the project. Once a project is completed, I want project owners to be able to publish their project to the website so that it can be downloaded by anyone. This feature would allow connectivity between the project and project directory. I am interested in getting pricing for this.
