small odd jobs, Banner design and site chnage

Firstly I need a Banner designed for my affiliate program. It is pretty much completed I just need it to look a bit more professional and saved in 3 different sizes. I have another html site and I need one section removed, 4 banners removed and one maybe 2 banners added. I will provide codes you just need to cut and paste and then upload. Now finally I am affiliated to 2 Poker rooms. For example my affiliate id [login to view URL] My Domain name is called [login to view URL] Can I hide the affiliate ID in my doamin name so I do not need a cover page? So in other words someone does a google search and clicks onto [login to view URL] (my site) which is directed to [login to view URL] it is done so though my affiliate link? Any questions please ask.
