I need a designer who can make simple websites in PSD's. I need a very good price that can make competent PSD layouts. I will have ongoing work. I need someone with a good eye for design, you can use other sites as examples. The current work will be for roughly 10 pages but I will need more as time goes on. I'm looking for a price between $2-$5 per page and someone who can make 3 to 4 pages per hour.
