Ongoing Animated Short Original Series

I am looking for a talented and creative illustrator/animator to work on an on-going animation project for an original series. Shorts will last between 60 seconds to two minutes (covering approximately four scenes) and will cover animation of characters. Sound, voice and video mechanics will be added later; however the more skill you bring to the table the better. It will be partial color and partial black and white. This is my first animation so forgive the lack of proper terminology and please reach out with any questions you may have. I work by simple storyboards that I create using Power Point, so I am looking for someone with good communication skills and the ability to adapt to an innovative working relationship.
