I need a web designer on a part-time hourly basis

The most important requirement is a good eye for design/a solid design portfolio that I can see. All of my websites are built with the Divi theme, so experience with that is a big plus. I need occasional PHP work, so experience is a plus. I’m thinking about building a few mobile apps, so experience with either native code or React Native is a major plus. Again, a demonstrable eye for design is the most important. I’m on my mobile and can’t add an hourly rate, but im looking to hire someone, ideally for £2-£3 ($2.82 - $4.23) per hour. To be discussed.
