Hey hey hey, Thank you for considering my proposal. So basically to import your text into InDesign, do the typeset (have to see how many pages you've got though), create headers and footers, table of content and get everything ready for print in 5.5" x 8.5" page. Just need the copy and your publisher print guidelines then leave the rest to me :) BTW I'm using InDesign CC 2018 and will hand over all the source files in the end as well.
