Need to develop an website similar to medikels.com with some customisation according to our needs

Hi, I am very confident to make Medikels like platformin PHP Laravel and MySQL database with AWS hosting and any payment gateway. I would like to know few things: 1) How does this drug inventory gets updated? Is it done from admin or any web services are required? 2) I saw Doctor's appointment and Mobile app are coming soon. Hi Sir, I have read your description and understood that you need a website similar to Medikels which is an e-commerce website for selling the medicines. So, what will this website require? An admin panel, an user pane, a seller panel so that the medicines can be added. Then there will be their individual functionalities. Admin will be able to see everything, users will be able to add to cart, track order, search, view, buy. Seller will sell and we need to discuss so that we know about all the features you want.
