Long term work to design and update landig pages -- 3

Dear all, I need someone to join our team to design and create new landig pages. At the moment, we have a new product to promote in our company which is a Cooking Class in Bogotá, Colombia. We are thinking to promote a traditional dish using a landing page with a registration form linked with Google Drive. Our initial idea is to make a full immersion experience with our customers, inviting them to go to the markets, in Downtown Bogotá, to buy the ingredients (fruits, meat and vegetables) followed by a cooking class in our kitchen. We will provide photos and the whole description in Spanish. Your role will be to create a template for a landing page and update it for each new product or service. The budget is between $10 and $25 US dollars for the template, then $2 for each time you update it with the new products - i want to work with an individual not a company. This is long term and ongoing work.
