Get a Website Built -- 2

Hello im looking for someone who might be able to help me with a design for a SOCIAL NETWORK site, im looking for something of a cross between the classic myspace( similar layout to classic myspace,comment section,profile colour change). but with recent features of facebook.. (no annoying adds section). i also need seperate log in for singers, seperate login for actors and seperate for celebrities. and there profile page(that we see when visiting there profile to be different from std profile, to represent there status of profile. ie actor, singer or celebrity).i like the admin section on PHPFOX (pre version 4),as that lets me have full control over the sites functions..so people let me know what you think , and if you think you could help let me know..obviously i need to keep cost as low as possible as funds are tight(SEE REASON BELOW) and as im just starting out,but if you do a great job i will be lookin for someone to do all my future updates and new features as and when i need them.. i dont miND a site from scratch. or with add ons for phpfoxx.(i have phpfoxx script (3.72 or 3.7.6) . site must have the following... video [login to view URL] chat. seperate log in for singers and celebrities(links as well on landing page to those log ins.,a proper photo section like (facebook).[login to view URL] profiles for singers and celbrities. DONT TRUST FREELANCER "Iamkumarchandan" HE LIED. MADE ME GIVE HIM ALL MONEY UP FRONT. HE NEVER FINISHED MY SITE. AND HE WAS GIVEN 5 DAYS AND AFTER 9 DAYS HE ONLY DID 2 DAYS WORK. WORK AN AMATURE COULD HAVE DONE IN 2 HOURS... NOW HE IS A THIEF AS HE STOLE MY MONEY AND WONT REFUND.. thank you
