I workout 4-5 times per week, and I have seen many times novice lifters (even some more experienced ones) using the fitness equipment the wrong way because the instructions are not clear enough, or there are no instructions at all. Even I have done that in the beginning. It is not only dangerous for the lifter, but really frustrating to watch it. So I would like to offer you my help for this project.
