Dear Sir, I have read everything and not clear about the exact flow of the Application, so do you want to develop such a system in which candidates can have option to upload their CV to system and then can track his CV. From tracking, i mean that he must be able to see which companies have seen/opened his CV or downloaded etc. While on the other hand, companies can also see which cv has been visited/see by how many companies and which companies.
