I am looking to market my consulting services via Facebook to clients (mostly to foreigners working in Singapore). I need a freelancer who has experience with Digital Marketing, particularly with Facebook Ads ... He/she must be able to create a landing page (under WIX platform) and monitor my facebook page and also familiar with target audience / re-targetting etc..
