Clothes collection

The idea is to create a graphic line for a collection of clothes with a preferably minimalist design but with irreverent and sarcastic messages. The theme in general has to do with Colombian culture and idiocinsrasia. What I'm looking for is basically a person who helps us capture those realities for clothing (t-shirts, busos, shirts, etc) The attached image is an example of what we want to do, but obviously that artistic and professional touch is required for a garment. The image is of a man, of legal age, who yells at a young man in Medellin because he was wearing a shirt that said "No to war, yes to peace." The man is part of a very controversial political current in Colombia and practically threatens him with death. It is these types of messages that we want to communicate. What do we need? A design for clothing that encloses that context and prints that artistic side. I would like to see proposals of what can be done with that idea and the attached image. It doesn't have to be exactly the same, it's just an example. The selected person would be hired to make the complete collection, with many other themes.
