To design a realtor website for luxury homes. Need 3 different colour themes, so the website can change. Need: 1. front page (Photo or video and text) 2. opt-in page (may have photo, video, and thank you page) 3. single property page (detail info / virtual tour / video tour) 4. multiple(list) properties page 5. Blog page (Photo may be placed at 3-4 different positions to fit the circumstance. May have video) 6. a general form page for custom created form 7. login / lost password page 8. Dashboard page Also need a mobile frontage and a css file to style jQuery mobile. Website will be in Chinese, so text fields needs to be flexible to reflect different length. Not a wordpress website.
