Develop online hosting site

We are launching a hosting website. I am hiring someone to work full time to help me build the website, develop the backend, and maintain things over the next year. Below is a list of things you'll be doing/working on: Develop the website. Develop the users administrative user panel. Integrade Stripe Payment Processing. Setup automatic cPanel account creation. (The system needs to distribute new accounts evenly across several servers. If all the cPanel servers are getting full, an email should be send to me directly so add more servers. More servers need to be able to be added to the cluster very easily.) Setup cPanel account redundancies. (If one web server goes down, the users website should still be available from another cPanel server) Setup automatic WordPress/Joomla, Drupal, TextPattern, Contao, SilverStripe, Umbraco, and concrete5 installation upon users request. (The user will request this installation on their admin panel and the system should automatically install it to the directory the user specifies.) Setup system to automatically provision a VPS from either Rackspace, Joynet, or Amazon Web Services, whichever will work for this, after the user has paid for the VPS. And there will be more but these are the basic things that will need to be done. I will assist as much as possible. This project is a long term project but the platform needs to be online and operational as soon as possible. Once the system is online and ready, you will continue to assist us in making sure things go smoothly. You are going to be hired directly, so you are not going to be paid via Freelancer. Payment is every two weeks and you will miss the first payment and compensated once the platform is online. This is a full time position so you should put in 40 hours a week.
