496856 Convert headshot Photo to black and white line drawing

Please see the attached PSD file for a photo I need converted to a line drawing using only black and white... no gray tones. The more reduction in detail the better, as long as eyes pop and features are distinguishable, and of course the hair should have enough detail to look like the picture. Lips and nose are less important, but still need to be readable, though only slightly. To complete the top of her head, you can refer to the jpg, but be sure to use the TIF to draw her face. It is going to be used to make a very large rubber stamp. If you need a higher resolution version of the PSD, I can send it upon request.
