I Need A Web Gallery Software with ''Editable'' Templates

Hi, I need a specialist in web galleries softwares with an ''editable'' templates. I need a software with a good looking web gallery like Zoner Photo Studio 12 Pro, but the problem with this software is that the templates they use are not editables, so here is my need to look and find some other software that can do the job: edit the templates for web galleries, maybe an open source software can do the job. Please see the attached picture for what I need, this picture is an example for Zoner software. Please do what I need in your computer with some of your pictures and send me an screenshot, then I will choose you.
