3 designs needed to be implemented on a tee-shirt & poster

These are two related design projects, one for a tee-shirt and one for a 5 foot x 8 foot, but both items will use the same design. They are both for a Flag Football youth league. We are holding a tournament and we want a 5' x 8' sign and a tee-shirt design. Both will need to have the logo (I can send), the website name and the name of the tournament ('the biggest tournament on earth'). we want to follow the same style as the rest of the site (cartoon like). Attached is an ad we used on the web site and we want to stay close to this concept, making sure to show that it is indeed the largest tournament on earth.
