Design a Simple Banner

Hello Sir/ Mam, I am a Graphic/ Web designer with over 9 years of experience and would like to bid on your project. I have gone through your project description and understand that you need a simple text gif banner designed with a blinking word. I specialize in Computer Graphics and have been doing it for a long time. I have designed around 200 web sites and therefore lots of graphics.
