Flash Chat Integration

HI everyone, I need help intalling flash chat to my osdate. The files are already uploaded onto the server, install it but keep getting a message about missing folder i have change the mod in temp to 777 as instructed on the forums but still nothing. Im sure someone familiar with this can do this in 5 minutes not even. The most I am going to Pay is $10....if you want an easy ten dollars bid on this project....thanks
