Website Coming Soon Page

I am looking for someone to put together a cool 'Coming Soon' web page for my site. All I have now is a logo and a name. What I want is someone who can do something cool in flash with the logo, colors, music to draw in potential website users. Make it relevant to a golf theme. More important than that, I need the page to allow users to 'pre-register' by submitting their name and email address and other contact info. I will of course need the info submitted tracked in a tab delimited text file or perhaps a simple database table. Project terms are: you build a flash based splash welcome screen that includes my logo and 'coming soon', you provide a mechanism for users to register their contact info, you host a preview and when approved you are paid. I also expect all relevant source code to be provided at time of payment. Please quote a total cost that includes the build and making all requested changes and if you can in your bid provide a brief explanation of what you have in mind for design. Expect that we will go through at least four to five revisions to get the look/feel/performance just right. But I won't be too picky as I want this up on the web soon. Estimated project completion would be May 5 give or take a day or two, depends on your schedule really. I have attached my logo that will need to be used. I also am submitting this as a very small project with a budget up to $250, but I will consider higher bids if your quote justifies the higher cost. In other words, if you can do something truly awesome, prove it, I am willing to pay.
