Dance moves

We are looking for an Adobe After effects specialist for project based on filmed dance moves. There will be a number of short videos (a few seconds each), and the idea is to add arrows and circles around the legs and arms of the dancer, just like in the pic attached in flash. The only difference with the picture-based flash animation attached is that it will be based on a video, instead of a picture. The final versions will be posted on an internet site, so it will have to be either in Flash, or posted as videos through a Flash player like vimeo or Youtube, depending on what's most convenient. 3d rendering qualities are not required. Mostly it will be plain 2d movies. There will be a number of similar dance moves. We will need to receive both the final result in video and the After Effects files (if After Effects is used).
