Hello. I have a company and looking to start up a second company in the Organic Food Commodities and manufacturing business in Canada as a vertical integration. I am looking for someone to assist that has experience in finding start up funding for my project requiring approx. $3.0 million dollars CAD. I cannot provide standard fee, but would be willing to provide agreement as compensation for this assistance at 2.5% of total funding obtained. Again, I do not have a fixed budget for this project so please do not respond if you are looking for retainer or fixed money up front. Thank you.
