Hello. I am a computer science master's student in Netherlands and i can do this easily. I have various tools, many of them created by me, and various techniques to extract the UIDs. I charge 2$ per 10k. There is also the possibility to extract only the most active users from each groups. That is, users that have liked, commented, shared posts in the last few days. If you want the most active users then i charge 2$ per group. But please note than i cannot guarantee how many of those you will get. As you can understand it highly depends on how many people get involved with the posts of course. It is also possible to do this thing outside freelancer to save us both some money if you want.
