Imagine you a debt collector and that the debtor tells you “I can’t afford £100”. There are two scenarios here, one saying I won’t pay even though they have the resources and the other genuinely vulnerable and cannot pay. Being able to tell the difference with some accuracy from online profiling will enable you to determine those that can pay from those who cannot.
