Reporting (with graphics and table) in Excel. Data in raw format in another excel sheet.

We have raw data from ERP system. Rows with orders and information. Automated, pivot style. Need reporting/automated report/pivot in a clean nice format. Data from the whole sheet. Need the following: (we work one by one, and I will be involved approve the layout) All reporting to be based on given categories (to be informed) - How many service jobs (based on a specifict product number in column Q). Given for this last year, this last month - compared to the year before (to this date) and this month year before. Date in X column. - Value of service jobs, given for this last year, this last month - compared to the year before (to this date) and this month year before. Date in X column. - How many hours of service is performed for each month last year – compared to this year (based on a sum of product) - How many product x compared to product y are sold last year, this year and each month. - Top customers to year, based on value of orders, product x and product y. Customer id in C column.
