I have multiple spreadsheets that contain over 1k GPS coordinates per spreadsheet. The issues I have is scheduling those locations efficiently. I need to be able to order all the GPS points by stating a starting GPS point and then having the software order them accordingly. Similar to the traveling salesman problem. I am familiar with excel, access, and vba. Would like the solution to be built in one of the programs unless you have an easier solution.

I can do the job. My pricing is considering you need to order your coordinates in a map search fashion where the order must be compatible with real street routes. The other possible alternative is that you just want the shortest straight lines connecting all the coordinates, this case is much simpler. If so I would adjust my bid to 60 USD.
