I need help with excel task-2

So I've been tasjed in creating and excel task, for a job, but have no idea how to attack it, the briefing is this: Virgin Games. 18+ AD Over £2,200,000 Paid Out on Daily Double JackpotsPlay any Red Tiger game for your chance to win a Daily Double Jackpot. At least three Jackpots are paid out every day! Task 1. Stock, forecasting & picking for concessions. For this task, we would like you to look at 2 spreadsheets: a) Stock download which details HotSquash’s current stock levels, plus sales over the last 30 days. (Please note some lines have been removed from our actual stock download as these are irrelevant to this task). b) Company A Sales & returns list for the last month By using the information from these lists we would like you to create a picking list of items that should be sent to Company A to both replenish sold-out lines & also ensure enough stock for the next month. The picking list should contain: 1. Company A Product Code 2. HS Product Code 3. HS Product Name 4. Garment Colour 5. Garment Size 6. EAN 7. HS current stock 8. Quantity to pick for Company A 9. Notes on reasons for that choice of quantity per SKU (i.e. you only need to make 1 comment against HSWD21360 for example, not a comment on the reason for each size of HSWD21360 being sent/not sent stock). It should be laid out like the below: Company A Product Code HS Product Code HS Product Name Garment Colour Garment Size EAN HS current stock Quantity to pick for Company A Notes Points to note: 1. We recognise that you may not be familiar with the garments in question, therefore we are assuming this is a non-seasonal pick (i.e. we don’t only have to send summer dresses & no winter stock or vice-versa). 2. The format of the pick-list must be easy to understand to both the warehouse staff who would pick it & the concession staff who we would see this list stuck on the side of every box delivered so they could quickly see what it contained. 3. Relevant reasons for picking/not picking stock would be situations like: a. All stock of this item is currently sold out, so we will not be sending more b. No units of this stock have sold in a month, so will not be picking anymore 4. For the purposes of this task, we will need lines included for items that do NOT need to be picked (with Quantity to Pick listed as “0”). Obviously, we would not include these on a real pick-list, but we need to see the items you have decided not to send, as well as those you have. 5. Please save this file to the desktop of this PC 6. Once you have read through this instruction list & asked any questions you may have, you will have 30 mins to compile as much of the picking list as you can.
