I need an Excel Expert to make a bingo functioning bingo card.

I want to be able to have an Excel spreadsheet that lets me use the first half to input bingo numbers as they are called and the bottom half to have people's numbers. So a player might choose five numbers "1.[login to view URL]". Each of these numbers will have their own cell in the same row. The sheet needs to be able to have hundreds of these rows as bingo players usually like to have multiple plays. So if in the top half I start inputting numbers from a seperate random number generator, I want those cells to become highlight if they match the numbers called. If we can have a cell up top somewhere that turns green when a row has all five numbers, that would be great too.
