I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet. We are seeking a qualified employee for the position of Administration & Accounting Assistant. Position Requirements: • 1 - 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience with deep expertise in cash management; attention to detail & accuracy is critical • Fluency in QuickBooks is a must • Computer literacy with MS office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. • Ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision • Superior multi-tasking capabilities with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Bilingual language of Mandarin is preferred • Legal work status is required • Background screening conducted on potential candidates Candidates must be located in USA and have valid drivers license .
